GCA9600 Twin Vented Greenhouse

Whilst in the research and development stage, we asked growers what they wanted in a twin vent greenhouse.

The answers that came back were immediately developed to be included in the design and engineer approved.

For the past two years Greenhouse Constructions Australia have been in consultation with growers and engineers working toward the conception of a new design to add to our successful range of Greenhouses.

• 9.6 metre bays x 4 metre sections.
• Height to Gutter: 5.10 metres
• Total Height: 7.80metres
• Vent Size: 4.00 metres continuing the length of the building
• Twin Ventilators: Independent Gearing
• Build Time: Approx. 1500 sq/m per week + Foundation
• Engineered for Lower/Higher Crop Support

Wind Load:

The structure is capable of withstanding the following wind loading conditions:

• Region B
• Terrain Category 2.5
• VR= 57m/s (Ultimate regional wind speed for a 1 in 500 year event)

Crop Capacity:

The structure when loaded equally across the bottom cord of the truss has a safe working load (SWL) of 850kg per horizontal crop support.

Options: Acrylic or Polycarbonate roofing and walls.
